			<description><![CDATA[ I was using the Ozmatron to do a search for any occurrences of a Blue Moon in the skies over Oz and nothing came up.

The moon itself shows up in most of the books by Baum but there is no mention of a Blue moon. Since a Blue Moon is defined, albeit incorrectly, as the second

related, and I need a location and zip code for. I don&#39;t think Baum ever mentioned it in the books nor do I think MGM took liberties with naming which
county they lived in that Elmira Gulch owned. I know it couldn&#39;t have been very big as far as cities go cause there was a LOT of prairie land and that Baum
