So, I want to make improvements. Of course, the play is basically Return to Oz. But what improvements should I make? I'm thinking of having most of Act I re-tell "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" with the silver shoes instead, and having the Nome King wearing the magic belt. I think adding in the royal army of Oz would be a good touch.
